Our Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please make a note that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.

My name is Charlene, I'm a single mother raising 2 amazing kids a son and daughter. My business journey started in 2020, motivated to create generational wealth for my children. Unexpectedly in 2021, I became ill with COVID-19, my lungs became badly damaged & I had to be put on steroids, blood transfusions, and other medicines to rebuild my body. I became depressed, lost weight and if that wasn't bad enough I then discovered a lump in my left breast. After getting the lump removed it was found to be benign, Thank God! These experiences changed my outlook on life and I realized I had to work on leaving my legacy built on faith and trust in God. My business name was inspired by my great-grandmother Narilia who watches over me, this created the Narilla's Hair brand. The inspiration to become a small business owner comes from a combination of personal passion, ambition, and a desire to break generational chains.
